    Trading in and buying a new car as a female is always a daunting experience but from initial inquiry to delivery, every step of the car purchase was top-notch. James Towers is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He showed a lot of hard-work and kindness throughout the process and it felt like I was working with a buddy to get exactly what I wanted.

    Purchased a 30k used vehicle - The vehicle was in great condition and well looked after. I had done my research so the haggling process was quick and efficient with Steve. As a condition of sale I included a couple of things- one of which would have cost me about $500- they came through with that after a little prompting. All in all an efficient and pleasant experience. Yes- they gave the vehicle a wash each time they had it - which is good as SUV's are a pain to wash

    Yesterday I had my bumper repaired on my 2013 latitude by a lovely man named Rick Amos. He was so friendly and helpful and checked in with me throughout the process. A huge thank you to Mr Amos, the service team and the whole group at Magics for making it a pleasant experience. 5 Stars, I would recommend you get your repairs here and the customer service will win you over.

    Excellent dealership. Good variety on the used lot and at year end had quite a few demos to choose from. Great coffee in the customer waiting area. Steve Truman who assisted me is a true gentleman. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and he was most helpful. He called me back to follow up on the type of used vehicle I was after and kept me informed through the process. Test drove and purchased. Highly recommend him to future buyers and the friendly Magic Nissan dealership here. Keep up the great work!

    Just bought a car from Michael Clarke at Magic Nissan Melville. I was very impressed the last time I purchased a car from him that I simply went back to him again. Why? Just a good bloke. Not pushy at all. The experience this time 3 years on was exactly the same. Most of all was his honesty, attention to detail and keeping me in the loop all the time about delivery, finance details and being highly communicative. I asked heaps of questions and nothing was a problem for him. Outstanding service here 5/5. Would recommend him to anyone.
